Contract & Commercial Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and internal approval processes.

• Risk Assessment and Governance: Identify and assess legal, commercial, and operational risks in business transactions and projects, provide risk mitigation recommendations, organize cross-functional review meetings, and prepare meeting minutes and action plans.

• Compliance Management and Process Improvement: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance programs, contract management processes, and governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid knowledge of contract management, commercial compliance, and risk management, preferably with a legal background.

• Familiarity with international trade rules and cross-border business operations, particularly in telecommunications equipment and service transactions.

• Good understanding of the full contract lifecycle, including contract drafting, negotiation, execution, claims/dispute management, and contract closure.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Law, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Chinese, German, and/or Czech is preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience working in the field
