Top of the Rock is seeking an Operations Lead to help create exceptional guest experiences while supporting the daily operations of one of the Ozarks' premier attractions. This hands-on leadership role helps oversee frontline teams, supports staffing and scheduling, ensures operational excellence, and maintains a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members. What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 20+ team members
- Ensure outstanding guest service and efficient daily operations
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team coverage
- Support admissions, cashiering, membership programs, and daily reporting
- Help manage crowd flow, wayfinding, guest inquiries, and issue resolution
- Maintain safety, compliance, and operational standards
- Assist Operations Managers with administrative and operational tasks
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
- Hospitality, attractions, guest services, retail, or admissions experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and occasional overtime
