Salary: £46,000

Grade: 4.3

We are looking for a working Supervisor to manage a team of engineers and specialist subcontractors to ensure statutory compliance and contract obligations are met.

What you'll be doing:

● Carry out Audits on Team and contractors

● To ensure Engineers reports are completed as soon as faults are identified

● Responsible for monitoring spreadsheets used by engineers

● To liaise with Admin team on a daily basis

● To stand in for Hard Services Manager in his absence

● Experience with PPM Cafm system and compliance

● Electrical background desirable

● Will be part of the on call Rota

● Good knowledge of IT

● Experience of a PPM system
