As a SAP - BODS - Manager you will lead SAP data migration workstreams that support clients moving from legacy environments to S/4 systems, with a focus on data analysis, transformation, validation, and migration execution. As a Manager you will guide teams through planning, delivery, and review of client work, using judgment to address issues, coach junior professionals, and manage timelines across multiple priorities. This role sits within our Advisory practice and within our SAP practice, where you will help shape data migration approaches that support business application consulting and SAP data and analytics efforts.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will bring SAP BODS and data services knowledge to activities such as source data profiling, migration design, cutover support, and post-load validation. You will also support advisory discussions on data cleansing, migration tooling, and technical specification development, while contributing to collaboration across SAP functional and technical teams. The position calls for practical experience in SAP migration delivery, familiarity with tools such as LTMC, LTMOM, Information Steward, and SnapLogic, and a background in data migration or SAP data services work.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP data migration workstreams across finance transformation projects for client engagements
- Designing migration approaches, transformation routines, and technical specifications for SAP Data Services, BODS, LTMC, and LTMOM activities
- Analyzing legacy and SAP ECC source data to assess target S/4HANA fit, data quality issues, and cleansing needs
- Building, testing, executing, and managing migration loads using SAP Data Services, LSMW, SQL, and related integration tools
- Conducting preload and postload validation, resolving dropouts, and supporting data reconciliation across SIT, UAT, and production cutover
- Coordinating migration dress rehearsals, cutover activities, and post go-live support across business and technical teams
- Advising clients on data management strategies, migration planning, and remediation actions for complex data issues
- Coaching junior team members on data profiling, mapping, validation, and deliverable preparation while monitoring work progress
- Identifying opportunities to improve migration controls, documentation, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Demonstrating SAP Data Services and SAP LSMW migration delivery across S/4HANA programs
- Utilizing SAP Migration Cockpit LTMC and LTMOM for field extensions
- Building data migration solutions, transformation routines, and validation controls
- Analyzing legacy data profiles, cleansing needs, and source-to-target mappings
- Creating technical specifications for data services jobs and cutover activities
- Leading data migration workstreams and mentoring junior team members
