ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Bump is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Editorial Operations Specialist to manage content building, streamline editorial administrative workflows, and oversee our comprehensive baby product testing program. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in executing complex production schedules, building content within our CMS, and facilitating product testing operations from initial manufacturer outreach to final evaluation collection. You’ll work closely with staff editors, PR representatives, and product testers to ensure our publishing workflow operates seamlessly under strict deadlines, and help bring our editorial content to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate editorial administrative workflows, project schedules, and production calendars to maintain consistent tracking and meet strict deadlines.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the baby product testing program, including proactive outreach to manufacturers and PR representatives. Oversee product sample logistics, coordinating shipments and deliveries between brands and testers.
  • Arrange and communicate with product testers, making sure they’re onboarded successfully and submit the full scope of their deliverables on time. Collect and organize product evaluation forms for seamless integration into editorial coverage.
  • Develop working relationships with brand representatives and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay abreast of new and upcoming product launches.
  • Build, format, and publish articles within our Content Management System (CMS), meticulously ensuring visual and structural quality before publication.
  • Support ongoing optimization of article affiliate links and content tags within the CMS.
  • Support broader cross-functional editorial initiatives by organizing assets, documentation, and communication streams.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in project management, editorial operations or digital publishing support.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills with extreme attention to detail. We’re looking for someone who can grasp the big picture and execute the exacting elements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex production calendars and successfully accomplish tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service and written communication skills in American English.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for collaborating with external PR reps, pregnant and parent product testers, and internal teams.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS content building is a big plus.
  • Proficiency with productivity and operations tools, including Asana, Google Sheets, Aspire, and mail merge systems.

WORK MODEL:

This role is based in Latin America and follows a remote-first model. Team members are expected to work remotely, with one in-person gathering per month at a designated coworking space to support collaboration, connection, and team alignment.

AI FLUENCY

At TKWW, AI is a tool that helps our teams work smarter, move faster, and spend more time on the work that matters most. We expect every employee, in every role, to build fluency with the AI tools relevant to their work, use them thoughtfully and with sound judgment, and bring curiosity as these tools keep evolving. This isn't about replacing our people's expertise — it's about equipping every employee to use AI to raise the bar on the work we do together.

WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT YOU:

  • Commit to our customers: You act as one team on behalf of our customers. You lead with head and heart, and build what matters for life's most meaningful moments.
  • Raise the bar: You define "great" and work backwards. You don't just accept how it's been done, but boldly define how it should be. You are unafraid to innovate, learn, and keep moving forward toward our shared vision.
  • Be all in: You believe in our mission and take ownership of your work. You debate openly to reach the best outcomes, speaking with clarity and care, embracing diverse perspectives, then commit fully.
  • Celebrate impact: You measure success by the outcomes you create. You hold yourself accountable to delivering value, while recognizing progress and the lessons learned along the way.  You love to win, together.

WHAT YOU LOVE ABOUT US:

We provide meaningful, high-impact benefits designed to support the holistic well-being of our diverse workforce and help our people thrive both professionally and personally. From physical and mental wellness to flexible time off our programs are built around the moments that matter most.
