- Find ways to use prefill data better, raising throughput and lowering expense
- Help improve risk classification into the quote experience by shaping question wording and flow, reducing friction.
- Dig into how rewrites, rescores, and sensitive life events (such as bereavement endorsements) are handled, to cut premium leakage and improve retention
- Research competitors and turn what you learn into design recommendations that leadership uses
Why this role
- High visibility: your analysis directly shapes customer-facing decisions
- Broad exposure across Distribution, Pricing, Underwriting, Tech, and Service
- A path to deepen your product and strategy skills, not just analytics skills

- Curious and comfortable working through ambiguity
- A Product Solutions, Underwriting, State, Delivery analyst who wants to move closer to the customer experience
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAS/Snowflake (or Emblem), with 3-4 years of relevant experience

- A good partner across teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field.
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, typically 4 years.
