Lead the Night Shift

As Manufacturing Team Lead–Night, you’ll be the spark that keeps our production floor moving with speed, accuracy, and pride. You’ll guide a crew of 5–10 employees, keeping the shift aligned to safety, quality, and on-time output while reinforcing accountability and teamwork.

Key responsibilities include coordinating daily workflow, assigning work by skill and demand, monitoring performance, and removing roadblocks fast. You’ll coach in the moment, support hiring and training, and champion continuous improvement while protecting compliance, traceability, and QMS expectations—including the 7 Quality Management Principles.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Proven leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organization
- Ability to interpret work instructions and use specialized tools

Nights start with a quick reset: you check where the day shift left off, confirm priorities, and get the floor ready to run clean and steady. As the hours roll, you stay visible, tuned in, and ready to pivot when the unexpected shows up. You’ll keep communication crisp, capture key notes for a smooth handoff, and wrap the shift knowing the next crew is set up to win. It’s fast, focused, and deeply satisfying when everything clicks.
