Die Cast Setter | Athens, Alabama
Pay: $18.30/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30p.m.-10:30p.m.& Sunday-Thursday 10:30p.m.-6:30a.m.
Job Type: 90 contract to hire
Job Impulse is hiring a Die Cast Setter in Athens, Alabama production of high quality and complex assemblies produced from aluminum high-pressure die casting and semi-permanent mold casting
What You'll Do
- Must be able to control output of machines to produce quality parts that are within required specifications.
- Perform quality checks on the finished product to verify conformance to specifications and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform setups, changeovers and preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery. Operators will be trained to perform tasks.
- Unload and load material
- Identify damages.
- Report shortages
- Report quality deficiencies
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 Year of relevant experience
