Protestant Religious Education Coordinator

Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 4–10 hours per week. Schedule includes Sundays, meetings, Vacation Bible School, and special religious events. Hours may vary based on chapel needs.

Summary:

Ladgov Corporation is seeking one qualified Protestant Religious Education Coordinator at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. The position focuses on coordinating religious education programs, supporting children's and youth ministries, managing volunteers, and overseeing chapel activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum two years of experience in children's/youth ministry or religious education coordination.

• Strong knowledge of Protestant theology and Christian doctrine.

• Experience recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to pass required background checks and qualify as a Line-of-Sight Supervisor.

• Bachelor's degree in education, theology, or related field preferred.

Duties:

• Plan and coordinate Protestant religious education programs.

• Support Sunday School, Children's Church, youth ministry, and Vacation Bible School.

• Organize AWANA programs and chapel religious activities.

• Recruit, schedule, and supervise volunteers.

• Coordinate nursery operations and ensure child-safety compliance.

• Maintain attendance records, calendars, and educational materials.

• Prepare reports and assist with program planning and budgeting.

• Provide administrative support for adult Bible studies and chapel programs.
