Who you are:

As a Consumer Banking Experience Analyst I - Debit Card with Frost, you are our consumer experience champion, conducting research to identify opportunities that improve processes and optimize experiences. In this role, you will have to opportunity to collaborate and interact with high levels of business to determine the effectiveness of current strategies and procedures within Consumer Banking. You will use your effective communication skills and analytical mindset to present your findings and implement operation enhancements. More than that, this role is about creating value to our customers and doing so with our signature all-win approach in mind.

What you’ll do:

• Communicate with bank lines of business to collect information and examine the effectiveness of current strategies within Consumer Banking
• Conduct research to identify opportunities that improve processes and technology and facilitate company-wide growth
• Recommend enhancements to optimize operations and procedures within the Consumer Banking area
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in banking product operations
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
