Overview
You know that person who can walk into a room and instantly make everyone feel welcome?
The one who remembers names, keeps calm when things get busy, loves checking things off a list, and somehow makes multitasking look effortless? That's exactly who we're looking for. 💛✨
At Drybar, we believe one thing very strongly: focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us, that's blowouts. No cuts. No color. Just blowouts.
Our front desk team isn't called Receptionists—we call them Bartenders because they're serving up confidence, connection, and an unforgettable experience from the moment a guest walks through our doors until the moment they leave feeling like their best self. As a Bartender, you're so much more than the person behind the desk. You're the first smile. The friendly face. The problem solver. The schedule magician. The hype person. The energy setter. You're the heartbeat of the shop.
If you love talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy staying organized, and genuinely care about making someone's day a little brighter—we think you'll fit right in. Good vibes only. Always. 💛
