Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Weekly Pay + Monthly Bonus Opportunities

As a Service Writer, you’ll be the connection between our customers, technicians, and shop team. You’ll communicate repair recommendations and estimates, coordinate scheduling, provide repair updates, and help keep the shop running smoothly. If you have experience in heavy-duty trucking, fleet maintenance, automotive service advising, parts, or shop coordination, we’d love to talk with you!

SCHEDULE:
- Monday–Friday
- Day Shift
- Consistent, steady hours
- No weekends
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs, estimates, scheduling, and service updates
- Prepare and communicate repair estimates and recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians and shop management to keep repairs moving
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Help organize daily shop operations and workflow
- Assist with parts and inventory as needed
- Maintain accurate work orders and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service from check-in through completion
- Help create a positive, team-oriented shop environment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of heavy-duty truck/trailer parts or service experience preferred
- Service writing/advising experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Parts or inventory experience is a plus
- Team player willing to help around the shop when needed
- Ability to occasionally lift or move parts weighing 60+ lbs
