Description
As a B2B Content & Marketing Communications Senior Specialist, you will be the hands-on execution engine behind our content across digital, print, and sales-ennoblement channels. Working closely with the marketing team, you will translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and culturally resonant copies for web, social media, email campaigns, print collateral, video scripts, and other content related assets.
This is a versatile, mid-level role for a dependable, adaptable writer with flawless English language skills, a solid grasp of the B2B marketing funnel, and a proactive attitude toward learning new tools and handling evolving marketing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Copywriting & Multi-Channel Content Creation
Draft clear, compelling, and brand-aligned copy tailored to diverse international audiences, ensuring flawless English grammar, tone, and cultural nuance across all channels:
Digital & Web: Website copy, landing pages, blog articles, and SEO-optimized web copy.
Email Marketing: Nurture sequences, promotional emails, newsletters, and automated workflow messaging mapped to specific audience segments.
Sales & Print Collateral: Product brochures, flyers, event printouts, slide decks, etc.
Visual & Multimedia: Video scripts, short video storyboards, and webinar support materials.
Digital Execution, SEO & Email Campaigns
Apply basic SEO best practices (keyword research, on-page optimization, meta descriptions, internal linking) to drive organic search visibility across web and blog content.
Plan, schedule, and execute multi-channel communications, including email campaigns (via tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) and social media schedules.
Collaboration & Project Execution
Partner closely with graphic designers and video editors, providing clear creative briefs and copy direction to bring visual assets to life.
Maintain content calendars to ensure assets are drafted, reviewed, and published on schedule.
Demonstrate flexibility by jumping into ad-hoc marketing tasks, event preparation, or cross-functional support as priorities evolve.
