  • Ensure that appropriate resources are available to procure equipment and materials and contract construction, installation, and commissioning services.
  • Direct activities throughout conceptual engineering, detailed engineering, procurement, contracting, field erection, equipment installation, commissioning, and startup.
  • Coordinate with operating properties, supply chain and sourcing, finance, environmental, risk management, and other functional groups.
  • Ensure that work is executed in accordance with project requirements and the expectations of the operating site.
  • Establish and oversee a comprehensive quality assurance and quality control program for all aspects of the project.
  • Require appropriate internal and third-party reviews of work in progress and completed deliverables to verify quality and compliance.

  • Engage project team members in all phases of planning and execution to support quality, constructability, operational readiness, and successful delivery.
  • Manage highly complex issues and implement practical, timely solutions.
  • Work under limited supervision, exercising significant latitude in establishing project objectives, priorities, and timelines.

Project Controls and Performance Management
