Your role at a glance

The Sr. Construction Scheduler is responsible for reviewing and analyzing General Contractors’ schedules and reporting on schedule health to the Project Team and other key stakeholders. This role involves working closely with NTT’s Construction Team and General Contractors to drive consistency, accountability, and adherence to established scheduling standards across all projects.

The Construction Scheduler will also support the analysis of schedule delays by reviewing, summarizing, and comparing General Contractors’ Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) against other available project data. This position plays an integral role in providing data-driven insights to enhance project predictability. Additionally, the Construction Scheduler will be responsible for collecting as-built data.

  • Ensure client-specific scheduling requirements are met, including compliance with contractual obligations, reporting standards, and project specific deliverables.
  • Develop schedule what-if scenarios and perform comparative schedule assessments to inform and drive data-based decision making.
  • Champion and support the implementation of scheduling best practices across GID, driving standardization of processes, templates, coding structures, and reporting methodologies to ensure consistency, data integrity, and alignment with portfolio-level controls and governance standards.
  • Develop meaningful scheduling key performance indicators (KPIs) that accurately reflect project progress at any given point in time, enabling clear visibility into performance against baseline.
  • Review Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) and provide structured feedback to the Construction Team and General Contractors.
  • Partner with project stakeholders to support planning efforts and maintain schedule control throughout the project lifecycle by developing and managing internal schedules that accurately reflect current progress across all phases.
  • Lead schedule progress meetings with the Construction Team and General Contractors to review status, validate updates, and address variances.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.

  • Proficient in Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project (MSP) scheduling software.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to analyze and evaluate contractor-produced schedules.
