Engineering & Facilities Manager
Continuum Services is seeking an experienced Engineering & Facilities Manager to lead facility operations across an assigned portfolio of commercial properties. Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and facility services across multiple customer locations.
- Ensure the reliability and performance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls, and life-safety systems.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, work orders, repairs, renovations, and capital projects.
- Manage operating budgets, vendors, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Partner with customers on maintenance planning, forecasting, and facility needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and key customer contacts.
- Identify opportunities to improve service, control costs, and expand customer relationships.
- Lead, coach, and develop facility and engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with company, customer, regulatory, licensing, and safety requirements.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facility operations, building engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience leading teams across multiple locations.
- Working knowledge of commercial building systems.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and customer relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and CMMS/work-order systems.
- Bachelor’s degree, CFM/FMP credential, or relevant trade licensure preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
