Controls Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Controls Engineer with OEM experience to advance into a leadership position within our controls department. In this role, you will oversee projects, guide team members, and ensure the successful implementation and optimization of control systems across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineering teams on control system projects.
- Design and implement Rockwell Control Logix and Guard Logix PLC solutions.
- Develop and optimize HMI interfaces using Studio 5000 ME and SE.
- Configure and troubleshoot Kinetix motion controllers, AC drives, and DC drives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, efficient control systems.
- Solve complex technical problems and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven OEM experience in industrial controls.
- Expert-level proficiency with Rockwell Control Logix and Guard Logix PLCs.
- Strong hands-on experience with HMI Studio 5000 ME and SE platforms.
- Demonstrated experience with Kinetix motion controllers and AC/DC drives.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
