Project Role : Banking Processor
Project Role Description : Capture and validate client information related to banking and loan documentation. Process account creations, on-board new clients and perform maintenance for all banking products; including retail and commercial lending, bank accounts, card services.

Summary:
o Strong syndicated structured finance Loan domain knowledge and experience in loan IQ application would be preferred.
o Create detailed and clear business analysis by outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for business processes or features.
o Deliver clear and concise Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BDD, and business test scenarios.
o Define and execute comprehensive scope coverage to automate functional, performance, and regression tests in collaboration with experts.
o Develop and execute clear validation plans encompassing all possible business scenarios, including sanity checks.
o Build and execute detailed Solution Draft Proposals (SDP) and conduct end-to-end project testing.
o Demonstrate strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, planning, monitoring, pricing, and reporting.
o Create clear roadmaps and prioritize Program Increments (PI) in close collaboration with the Product Owner (PO).
o Review existing processes and develop strategies to enhance and transform them to improve efficiency within the program.
o Identify and focus on innovative opportunities to improve value chains and processes.
o Exhibit advanced stakeholder management, presentation, and influencing skills.
o Mentor and develop effective cross-functional Business Analysts within feature teams and programs, supporting succession planning (N-1).
o Demonstrate advanced functional and domain expertise with a thorough understanding of the Agile mindset and leadership.
o Own production quality by ensuring bug-free deliveries with strong requirements and scenario coverage, and resolve complex production bugs and incidents.
o Lead and own BA chapter objectives with measurable results.
o Maintain strong working knowledge of databases, Jira, Zephyr Scale, Kibana, and related tools.
