Insights & Analytics
ZS's Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the execution of data management, reporting, and analytics workstreams for global healthcare clients while having expertise in the US/Ex-US healthcare datasets – sales, claims, etc.
- Work with client and project teams to translate business needs into structured analytical and solution requirements.
- Analyze complex datasets, identify meaningful insights, and support the development of scalable data and reporting solutions.
- Work closely with affiliate business teams, regional and global stakeholders, and IT teams while leading business requirement discussions for onboarding new affiliates, integrating new data sources, enabling new reporting use cases, and implementing change requests for existing markets.
- Develop and maintain requirement documents and other client-ready deliverables required for end-to-end development lifecycle
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication for assigned workstreams.
- Develop client-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations that communicate findings and business implications clearly.
- Guide and collaborate with Associates while contributing to broader project problem-solving and solution development.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's or master's degree is required in any discipline with a strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics or engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Analytics – prefer US / Ex-US Healthcare data and analytics
- Strong Problem-Solving ability - structuring complex business problems and delivering data-driven solutions.
- Experience with US Pharma data knowledge (XPO, DDD, Claims)
- Hands on experience in SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks - preferably with experience handling large datasets
- Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint - Ability to turn complex data into compelling narratives
- Strong oral/written communication skills to present analyses/insights clearly
- Collaboration & teamwork – Experience working in global delivery models and cross-functional teams (IT, Business, etc.)
