Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 + bonus

Our client is an industrial manufacturer in Omaha, Nebraska that delivers customer projects spanning engineering, procurement, manufacturing, service and installation.
The Role
The Project Manager delivers customer projects efficiently and is responsible for bid management, schedule creation and management, contract review and resource planning. You will make sure project activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, service/installation and accounting are completed on time.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain project schedules that set deliverables, milestones and resource allocation.
- Review and negotiate contracts with Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Market Development Managers, and manage contracts through each project.
- Report schedule and budget status and variances to the PMO and executive management.
- Prepare and deliver formal project documentation with Engineering and other departments, and keep project records organized to PMO standards.
- Visit customers for negotiations, kickoffs, status meetings and closeout.
- Schedule and run project resource meetings.
- Create and implement new project management processes, and support Engineering on internal projects.
- Manage bids, including the bid schedule, review meetings and approval process.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of project management experience, with accountability for completing projects on time and within profitability expectations
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work autonomously
- Experience reviewing and modifying contractual terms and conditions
- Strong critical thinking, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced project management software, preferably MS Project
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, which may include international travel and occasional weekends

- Business proficiency in Spanish, French, German or Mandarin
