• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000 – $115,000 per year ($7,000 – $10,000+ monthly potential) no cap on earning potential.

• Perform thorough, high-quality preventive maintenance inspections, system tune-ups, and service work on residential HVAC systems (3–4 calls per day).
• Identify aging components, system deficiencies, and efficiency opportunities to present clear repair, IAQ, and upgrade options to homeowners.
• Educate customers on system health, repair vs. replacement scenarios, and Club Memberships while generating high-quality unit replacement leads for our installation team.
• Communicate technical findings clearly in plain language without resorting to high-pressure sales tactics.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation of diagnostic findings, customer recommendations, and invoicing on ServiceTitan for every dispatch.
• Manage inventory, maintain tool safety, keep a clean, fully-stocked service truck, and operate company vehicles safely.

• Experience: 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service and preventive maintenance.
• Technical Qualifications:
• EPA Type II Certification is required.
• Daikin Fit Inverter Expertise (A Plus): Experience installing, commissioning, and diagnosing Daikin Fit communicating systems (thermostat dealer edit menus, sensor diagnostics, static pressure checks, compressor speed verification).
• Licensing & Screening: This role requires regular driving. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening, subject to applicable laws.
