Now Hiring a Handbag Designer, AI Design & Development to help shape the future of handbag creation.
This associate-to-mid-level opportunity combines creative freedom, emerging technology, and real-world product development. You'll experiment with AI-assisted design while applying the craftsmanship and technical expertise needed to turn compelling ideas into production-ready handbags.
IN OFFICE ROLE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create commercially relevant handbag designs with a strong fashion perspective.
- Explore generative AI tools to accelerate concept development and creative experimentation.
- Develop design specifications, CADs, and technical packages.
- Refine materials, hardware, silhouettes, and construction details.
- Collaborate with development teams and manufacturing partners to improve samples.
- Help identify practical ways AI can enhance the accessories design process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 2+ years of handbag design experience, or comparable demonstrated design and development expertise.
- Strong understanding of handbag construction, materials, and technical development, including tech packs and design software.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI in a creative design process.
- Experience working with factories, reviewing samples, or navigating production considerations is valuable.
- Familiarity with Raspberry AI, Vizcom, or 3D design tools.
