Key Responsibilities

• As a Production Technician working in the field, you will ensure Production Print service meets customer’s expectation.
• Perform Production Print service calls that achieve the service objectives of customer satisfaction and nationally set service KPI’s.
• Discuss all problems and machine faults with customers in a professional and courteous manner, advising the customer on all aspects of the service call.
• Improving and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction through ownership of problems and resolving them.
• Work with all Production Print staff to deploy national service strategies on time and within budget.

To be successful in this role:

You Will Have

• Minimum 2 years Previous Experience in a similar role.
• Qualification required – tertiary qualification highly desired.
• Previous Experience in a similar role.
• Amazing customer service.
• Ability to work in high pressure environment.
• Strong technical ability and knowledge.
• A desire to learn.
