IT Care Agent

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking an IT Care Agent for a consultancy mission at a client site. As a consultant, you will be the visible and trusted point of contact for employees, helping them with technical issues and enhancing their day-to-day work experience.

What You Will Do:

• Be the go-to IT contact for colleagues across the organisation.
• Provide support for PCs, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, and meeting room technologies.
• Assist colleagues both remotely and on-site, directly on the office floor.
• Prepare and set up IT equipment for new joiners and support their onboarding experience.
• Manage incidents and service requests while ensuring a high-quality user experience.
• Work closely with Infrastructure and other IT teams to resolve issues and improve services.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and continuously learning. You should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of previous experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role.
• Comfort with Windows, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra, Exchange Online, ITIL (or eagerness to learn).
• Fluency in Dutch, with a very good command of French and English.
• A customer-oriented approach, with a talent for explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Proactivity, solution-driven mindset, and comfort in a collaborative environment.
