As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Credentialing in Chicago, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a premier commercial real estate location, you will welcome tenants and visitors, manage access, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, tenant requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide building information, coordinate with property management and on-site staff, and maintain a professional front desk presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
