  • Ensure schedules match contracts, proposals, and system loads
  • Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual post-buy reports
  • Communicate with vendors to manage schedule changes, make-goods, and credits
  • Issue RFPs and track pricing and availability
  • Pull research on ratings, programming, and market trends
  • Collect and organize daily spot times from networks

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Interest in media especially national TV or media buying
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal)
  • Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
  • Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking

You’ll learn real skills, work with people who want to teach, and see the impact of your work every day. If you’re curious about media, like solving puzzles, and want a career that grows with you, this is a great place to start.
