Vacature — Productie Operator

Dagelijks werk met echte impact: bij Johnson & Johnson Vision in Groningen help je mee lenzen te produceren die staarpatiënten wereldwijder weer zicht geven. Als ervaren operator werk je uiterst nauwkeurig in een steriele productieomgeving en draag je direct bij aan hoogwaardige medische producten.

Wat ga je doen?

• Uitvoeren van productiehandelingen binnen een proces van meerdere fases (draaien, frezen, oppervlaktebehandeling, inspectie).
• Monitoren en bijsturen van machines en processen om productkwaliteit en -veiligheid te waarborgen.
• Nauwkeurige visuele en microscopische controle van producten en vastleggen van product- en procesdata.
• Werken volgens GMP- en bedrijfsspecifieke kwaliteitsnormen; naleven van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
• Samenwerken met je team en meewerken aan continue verbeteringen en probleemoplossing.

Wie zoeken we?

• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed in woord en geschrift.
• Woonachtig in de omgeving Groningen of je beschikt over eigen vervoer
• Fulltime beschikbaar voor ploegendienst.
• Minimaal MBO 3-diploma (of aantoonbaar werkniveau)
• Ervaring in Med‑Tech, Pharma of Food is een pré.
• Omdat er met medische producten wordt gewerkt, is een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) verplicht.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€34 200,00 - €50 600,00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
