Objective of the position:
The Maintenance Process Engineer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and continuouslyv improving maintenance management processes within the assigned production unit. This position ensures that preventive, predictive, corrective, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities are properly planned, scheduled, documented, and executed to maximize equipment reliability, availability, and production uptime.
The role leads the maintenance planning and work-order administration process, coordinates maintenance spare-parts purchasing and warehouse activities, and supervises the personnel responsible for creating, updating, and closing maintenance work orders in the Maintenance Management System (INFOR/ hexagon).Working closely with Maintenance, Production.

Main Functions:
- Maintenance Planning and Scheduling. Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive, predictive, corrective, and TPM maintenance programs for production equipment and facilities. Plan and schedule maintenance activities according to equipment criticality, production requirements, available resources, labor capacity, spare-parts availability, and required execution time.
- Work-Order Management. Supervise and provide directions to the personnel responsible for creating, planning, updating, closing, and controlling maintenance work orders. Ensure all maintenance work is accurately documented in the Hexagon CMMS, including failure description, root cause, corrective action, labor hours, downtime, spare parts used, and equipment condition and maintain standardized work-order processes, priorities, classifications, and closure requirements.
- Purchasing Spare Parts and Material Availability. Proactively identify and assess spare-parts requirements based on equipment criticality, consumption history, failure modes, lead times, obsolescence risks, and supplier availability. Generate and follow up on purchase requisitions from initial identification through purchase-order placement and final delivery to the plant.
- Maintenance Warehouse Management. Coordinate and continuously improve warehouse processes for maintenance materials, repairable components, consumables, and critical spare parts. Ensure accurate inventory levels, material identification, storage conditions, location control, and transaction records.
- TPM Coordination. Support the development of autonomous maintenance standards, inspection routines, cleaning activities, lubrication plans, and basic equipment-condition checks. Ensure abnormalities identified during TPM activities are documented, prioritized, assigned, and corrected
- Supervise, coach, and develop his/her personnel responsible for maintenance planning, work-order administration, and related process activities. Assign responsibilities and monitor workload, performance, priorities, and compliance with established processes. Collaborate with Production to define equipment availability windows and maintenance priorities
