Senior Accountant – QuickBooks CertifiedJob Description
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to provide specialized support for complex accounting inquiries and end-to-end financial workflows in the Financial Software & Cloud Accounting Industry.
In this role, you will handle complex accounting scenarios, resolve escalated customer inquiries, and provide specialized technical guidance to business clients using QuickBooks Online.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent certification).
- Required: Active QuickBooks Online (QBO) ProAdvisor Certification (Xero certification is a plus).
- Work Experience:
- At least 3+ years of specialized bookkeeping or accounting support experience in the Philippines.
- Experience in combined Customer Service and Sales experience is a plus
- Strong technical acumen in financial accounting principles and cloud accounting platforms.
- Must be available to start on December 1, 2026
- Flexibility: Work arrangement options are negotiable and can be discussed.
- Schedule: Open to night shift work.
- Location: Onsite at Shaw, Mandaluyong.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized support for complex accounting scenarios, technical bookkeeping, and customer inquiries.
- Provide expert guidance on financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting and optimizing their cloud accounting software configurations.
- Maintain high quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction standards in every interaction.
