The Director, Commercial Strategy & Operations plays a pivotal role in shaping how Coca Cola’s still beverage portfolio — including Smartwater, Vitaminwater, Dasani, AHA, Fuze Iced Tea, and Peace Tea — grows and thrives across Canadian retail channels.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Strategy and Operations for North America with a dotted line to the Senior Director of Franchise Commercial for Canada, this role leads the development, alignment, and execution of commercial strategies that drive category growth, profitability, and brand visibility. Acting as the key commercial liaison between the Canada system, North America Brand teams, Canadian Bottler, and Franchise partners, the Director is responsible for identifying market opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring strategic alignment between global and local objectives.

This is a dynamic, cross functional position for an experienced commercial leader with proven success in consumer goods or beverage industries, capable of balancing strategy, execution, partnership building, and data driven decision making in a fast paced environment.
