Rotterdam, the Netherlands or Antwerp, Belgium
The energy transition is moving fast. Regulations are evolving, sustainability targets are becoming more ambitious and reliable data is more important than ever. As GHG & Energy Transition Coordinator, you turn these developments into clear actions for Kuwait Petroleum Europe.
You bring together sustainability strategy, GHG data, environmental risks and reporting. You track progress, translate complex requirements into practical solutions and connect teams across different countries and business units.
You get plenty of responsibility and the freedom to take initiative. See opportunities to improve our reporting, data, processes or collaboration? You turn them into action.
Your biggest challenge

- You coordinate our Environmental Impacts, Risks & Opportunities (IROs) and keep them aligned with CSRD requirements and our Sustainability Strategy.
- You drive GHG reporting through your knowledge, with a strong focus on Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, and align calculations across our business units.
- You connect sustainability risks with Enterprise Risk Management and help integrate them into our broader risk framework.
- You collect, validate and analyse ESG and Energy Transition data, ensuring accurate, traceable and audit-ready information.
- You translate our ESG Strategy into measurable actions and track progress towards our sustainability goals.
- You coordinate reporting around CSRD, CSDDD and Energy Transition and translate regulatory developments into clear actions.
- You improve reporting processes, dashboards and digital tools to make sustainability data easier to collect, monitor and visualise.
- You connect and advise teams across Kuwait Petroleum Europe, share your expertise and work closely with senior leadership and functions such as Sustainability, Finance, Legal, ERM and Data.
In short: you bring structure to complex sustainability challenges and connect data, regulation and people. This helps Kuwait Petroleum Europe to shape the business strategy and turn its sustainability ambitions into measurable progress.
