Sizemore is seeking dependable Industrial Cleaners / Warehouse Housekeepers to help maintain a large, modern distribution facility in West Columbia, SC. This state-of-the-art environment includes employee amenities such as wellness rooms, prayer/meditation spaces, mother's rooms, training areas, breakrooms, and collaborative workspaces that help create a positive workplace experience.

No experience is required. If you have a strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and are ready to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Pay

• $15.50 per hour
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Full-time hours

Schedule Options (4 Days On / 3 Days Off)

Day Shift

• Sunday-Wednesday | 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday-Saturday | 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Night Shift

• Sunday-Wednesday | 6:00 PM - 5:00 AM
• Wednesday-Saturday | 6:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Weekend availability is required. Associates must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday as part of their assigned schedule. Flexibility to work either weekend day and adjust to business needs is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Cleaning breakrooms and cafeterias
• Cleaning refrigerators and microwaves
• Maintaining office areas and workspaces
• Cleaning training and meeting rooms
• Maintaining security and entry areas
• Cleaning prayer/meditation rooms
• Maintaining mother's rooms (lactation/wellness rooms)
• Cleaning janitorial closets and supply areas
• Sanitizing water coolers and hydration stations
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Restocking supplies throughout the facility
• Operating cleaning equipment safely
• Following all safety procedures and chemical handling requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Candidates and associates should be aware that responsibilities may vary based on operational needs. General warehouse housekeeping duties such as trash removal, cardboard collection, tote cleaning, cleaning workstations, and maintaining common areas may be assigned as business demands require.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a 7-year criminal background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, warehouse, sanitation, or industrial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
