Join a Challenger
At EQ, we're remaking banking so every Canadian gets ahead, every day. Serving nearly 4 million Canadians from coast to coast, we offer a wide variety of financial services from banking and lending, to trust and credit union solutions.
We've been at this since 1970, challenging the conventions of traditional banking with smarter, faster, and more connected financial experiences.
What's kept us moving? The people behind it all: challengers who ask better questions, push back on old assumptions, and look for a better way forward.
If you're driven to help reshape how banking works for Canadians and the businesses that power our economy, this could be your next big opportunity.
We can’t wait to get to know you!
The Manager, Strategic Finance & Corporate Development plays a critical analytical role within the Enterprise Strategy & Growth team.
Working across enterprise strategy, corporate development, strategic investments, partnerships, and enterprise initiatives, the successful candidate will be responsible for building financial models, conducting quantitative analysis, evaluating opportunities, and supporting decision-making across some of the Bank's most important priorities.
This role is ideal for a naturally curious, highly analytical individual who enjoys solving complex business problems through rigorous financial analysis. The successful candidate will have strong financial modelling skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to independently take a complex question and structure the analysis required to translate into actionable insights.
Reporting to the Director, Corporate Development & Investments, the individual will support all pillars of the Enterprise Strategy & Growth team and provide analytical support to executives, senior leaders, and project teams across the organization.
This role is ideal for candidates who have strong analytical horsepower and a desire to broaden their exposure beyond traditional finance into strategy, investments, growth, and enterprise decision-making.
