About The Role

Vivid is building an outbound sales team for its business account. Sales reps will research prospects, reach out and convert them into active business clients. Your job is the machine behind them: the tooling that selects the right companies, the sequences and nurture chains that warm them up before the first call, and the numbers that show what it costs to win a client this way. 

You own the system, not the individual calls. You build the first version of everything yourself, with AI and no-code tools, and hand it to Sales as a self-serve product. You are the first hire in this function.

Your Mission

1. Prospecting and sequencing tooling for Sales

• Build a self-serve prospect selection tool: ICP filters by country, industry, size, legal form and intent signals, with enrichment and scoring on top of Vivid's own data.
• Set up the sequencing layer (email, LinkedIn, calls) so a rep can pick a segment, choose a play and launch it without you.
• Own playbooks, templates and routing. Train reps, collect their feedback weekly and keep prospect data clean, deduplicated and GDPR-compliant.

2. Warm-lead engines with Marketing

• Run outbound and nurture chains for priority segments and hand hot leads to Sales with clear triggers and SLAs.
• Build signal-based plays (new registrations, hiring, funding, pricing-page visits, unconverted inbound) and lifecycle flows in Braze with the CRM team.
• Test messaging, channels and offers per country. Scale what works.

3. Growth metrics and unit economics

• Define and own the outbound funnel, from prospect sourced to activated business client.
• Build the Snowflake dashboard that Sales and Marketing use as the single source of truth.
• Report cost per meeting, cost per activated client and payback by segment and channel. Decide weekly with the Sales lead what to kill and what to scale.

4. AI-native, zero to one

• Use LLM APIs and agents for account research, personalisation, lead qualification and reply classification.
• Ship a working v1 in days with Clay, n8n, lemlist or Claude Code. Measure it, then decide if it needs engineering. No tickets for the first version.
• Own the GTM stack budget and vendor choice for this function.

Your Profile

• 3+ years in Growth, GTM Ops, RevOps or Sales Ops in B2B SaaS or fintech, including at least one outbound motion you built end-to-end.
• Hands-on with the modern outbound stack: enrichment (Clay, Apollo, Cognism, Sales Navigator), sequencing (lemlist, Outreach, HubSpot Sequences or similar), automation (n8n, Make or Zapier).
• Daily use of LLMs in real workflows: prompting, API calls, agents, an AI coding tool such as Claude Code or Cursor. You can show what you built.
• SQL for building your own segments and reports. You are comfortable with a data warehouse.
• You think in unit economics and can explain why a channel deserves more budget or none.
• You work well with salespeople: you listen, you ship fast, you accept that a play that reps do not use is a failed play.
• Fluent English. German, French, Italian or Spanish is a plus.

• SME banking, payments or fintech experience, ideally with sales into small businesses in Germany, France, Italy or Spain.
• Braze, Snowflake, Python or TypeScript.
• You were the first GTM or growth hire somewhere and built the function from zero.

Final compensation is determined individually, based on your experience, skills and the scope of the role, assessed against objective, gender-neutral criteria.
