PM is project owner in engineering phase and will be the main contact window of customer, including engineering and schedule
Managing cross-functional team to meet project milestone
Holding Kick-off meeting and review 4M1E Readiness
Coordinate cross-functional team in solving problems, improving yield, optimizing efficiency and quality improvement
Review and approve customer required reports, such as APQP, DFX, MVP, 3Q
Driving project launch to mass production with target yield and efficiency
Host customer audit (Make presentation and line tour introduction)
Support new project RFQ and response for MP project COGS analysis
