HVAC Technician/Installer

Schedule: 40 hours a weekMonday- Friday: 7:30am-4pm  Job Responsibilities:  Handling a variety of heating and air conditioning issues efficiently and professionally.Installing heating and air conditioning unitsTroubleshooting client heating and air conditioning issues and completing maintenance and repair Obeying health and safety codes at all times.Selecting the most cost-effective, quality products for installation and repair.Communicating effectively with clients, especially when a job is taking longer than expected.Being polite and respectful of clients and their homes at all times Job Requirements:Must have a journey classification or minimum of 5 years experienceClean driving record and holding a valid drivers licenseUS citizen Drug freeMust be able to lift 100 pounds Must be comfortable walking on roofs Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick timePaid vacation time401k for retirement after the first year employment (if you’re at least 21 years old) Holiday time offWeekends offWe rarely ask employees to work after hours unless its a dire emergency because we feel it's important that employees get a good work/life balance.
