Collection Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recovery Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing debt recovery from customers through a combination of field visits and telephonic follow-ups, while adhering to legal and ethical recovery practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls and field visits.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication while ensuring recovery targets are achieved.
• Explain repayment obligations and negotiate payment terms within company policy.
• Visit defaulters/customers as needed to facilitate collections.
• Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and update the CRM system regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve non-performing cases.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, RBI guidelines, and regulatory norms.
• Handle both tele-calling and field collections effectively.

Requirements

• DRA Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Recovery Agent or Collection Executive.
• Prior experience in an NBFC or with Payday Loan recovery is strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of collection procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to handle both field and telephonic recovery efficiently.
• Understanding of legal recovery processes is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
