The Brand Communications Director at Kernel is an integral role, responsible for spearheading a diverse range of strategic communication and branding initiatives. This role acts as a pivotal link between the company's identity and the wider public's perception, being directly accountable for managing Kernel's brand reputation, maintaining the brand voice, and devising effective communication strategies. Key Responsibilities: Developing and executing a comprehensive, multi-platform brand communication strategy that amplifies Kernel's strategic direction and drives awareness. Overseeing all communication vehicles and ensuring they align with our brand voice, meet quality standards, and adhere to strategic direction. Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to execute cohesive and aligned campaigns. Driving a data-driven approach to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary. Identifying opportunities for strategic brand partnerships and leading related initiatives to enhance Kernel's brand value and visibility. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus. A minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology industry. Track record of creating and implementing successful brand communication strategies at a regional or national level. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to lead and energize cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Experience with analytics and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
