Are you passionate about delivering successful projects? In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our projects from start to finish, by preparing accurate cost estimates and proposals. What You'll Do:Conduct thorough site surveys and analyse project specifications.Identify and manage potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, and subcontractors.Negotiate with subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness.Prepare tenders, material take-offs, and final project costs.Collaborate with internal teams (project delivery, procurement) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors).Utilise strong organisational and communication skills to keep everyone informed.What We're Looking For:Experience in preparing cost estimates for construction.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction estimating software (a plus).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong work ethic and a dedication to exceeding client expectations.Ready to join a dynamic team and make a real impact?
