What You Will Do

• Lead the design process from research and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and final implementation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to create intuitive B2B software solutions.
• Design user interfaces for AI/LLM-powered workflows, ensuring seamless interaction and user satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a lean design system that supports rapid product development and iteration.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Simplify complex enterprise requirements into accessible and user-friendly designs.
• Clearly communicate design rationale and collaborate on feedback to enhance product outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4–7 years of experience in product design, preferably in venture-backed startups or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of shipping complex software products, particularly in regulated industries.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with a solid understanding of visual and interaction design principles.
• Experience designing for enterprise platforms, with a focus on accessibility and usability.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Preferred

• Previous experience as an early team member or founding designer at a fast-growing startup.
• Knowledge of financial services workflows and compliance-heavy design constraints.
• A passion for design-forward organizations and familiarity with industry leaders in fintech.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from $180K to $240K, complemented by competitive equity of 1%–1.5%. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the design of innovative products in a rapidly evolving industry.
