Here’s what one of our team members had to say:

I've been working at Kustom Design Printing Ltd for over five years now, most recently as a Sales Agent. It's been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I was welcomed into a friendly and supportive office environment where everyone is treated fairly, no matter their role. One of the things I value most is the strong sense of teamwork and the positive atmosphere, we're a close-knit team, and there's a real sense of camaraderie. Sales at Kustom are mostly inbound, and it’s a pleasure to deal with regular customers who are genuinely happy with our products.

You’re never short of work, there’s always something to do, and that keeps the day moving quickly. The bonus scheme is a great motivator, and there's plenty of training and support available if you're ever struggling in any area. What really stands out, though, is the clear path for progression.

The company actively supports personal growth, helping team members move up the ladder if that’s something they’re aiming for. Overall, it’s a great place to build a career in sales, with a solid support system and a team that genuinely wants you to succeed.

What we are looking for in our Sales Advisers:

• Proven sales experience (preferably in a similar setting)
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• A self-motivated, goal-driven mindset with strong closing skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• CRM experience and IT proficiency
• Driving licence preferred
