About the role
We are currently looking for a Contract Specialist who has prior experience of working on large-scale, complex infrastructure projects. The role is primarily responsible for providing input in preparation of contractor's certification, resolving disputes and providing all necessary support for claims resolution & arbitration proceedings
Job Responsibilities:
Contract administration
Assist the client and the consultant on contractual issues
Assist TL to ensure quality of construction conforms to specification and international standards.
Prepare contractor's certificates; resolve disputes and provide all necessary support for claims resolution & arbitration proceedings
Provide input in all contractual issues
Ensure quality and compliance with the FIDIC Silver contract and ER
Key Requirements:
Graduate in relevant field
10-15 years of relevant experience
Experience in EPC/Turnkey projects will be preferred
Experience in FIDIC Silver book projects will be preferred
