Full-Time Medical Courier Driver – Monday–Friday | Company Van Provided

Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Tuesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Some overtime may be required based on business needs.

What You'll Do

• Safely pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens, supplies, and other materials while maintaining package integrity and chain of custody
• Load and unload medical materials using wheeled carts and delivery equipment
• Navigate efficient delivery routes using GPS and mobile applications
• Provide timely delivery updates and communicate effectively with dispatch
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stop
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Am-Tran positively
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Clean driving record (MVR required)
• Experience driving throughout the San Francisco Bay Area
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and GPS navigation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely load, unload, and transport medical materials using wheeled carts and delivery equipment
• Position requires pushing and maneuvering carts weighing up to 300 pounds, including navigating ramps and uneven surfaces
• Ability to lift individual items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Commitment to following all safety procedures and proper material-handling techniques
