The Opportunity:
We are looking for a sales professional who loves the thrill of the hunt but understands that sales is really just problem-solving in disguise. You'll be selling print marketing and our full suite of digital marketing services—including SEO, Paid Media, and Website Development—to Enterprise business owners who need a partner to help them grow.

This is a role for someone who is equal parts strategic and scrappy. You'll be prospecting, pitching, and closing deals, all while building genuine relationships with business owners who are trusting you with their growth. If you've sold to home service pros, local retailers, or entrepreneurs—and you know your way around Salesforce—we want to talk.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: From the first cold call or LinkedIn message to the signed contract, you own it. You'll identify, prospect, and close new business with Mid-sized and Enterprise companies across the country.

  • Hunt for the Right Deals: Proactively prospect through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking. You're comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation.

  • Be a Consultant, Not Just a Salesperson: You'll sit down (virtually or in person) with business owners to understand their goals, their struggles, and what keeps them up at night. Then, you'll craft a tailored digital marketing solution that actually solves their problems.

  • Travel with Purpose: You'll hit the road about 30% of the time—primarily at the beginning of the year and in the fall—to attend industry trade shows, visit prospects, and build relationships face-to-face.

  • Crush Your Numbers: You'll own monthly targets that matter:

    • $15k in monthly recurring SEO revenue or better

    • $20k in one-time revenue (setup, strategy, etc.) or better

    • $40k in monthly paid media spend generation or better

  • Keep the Machine Running: Track everything in Salesforce (non-negotiable), maintain a healthy pipeline, and work closely with our marketing and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handoff from prospect to client.

Who You Are:
You're a conversational, high-integrity sales professional with 4-7 years of experience selling to Mid-size, Enterprise and individual business owners. You know that selling digital marketing services is about building trust, not just pushing a product. You're resilient, proactive, and excited by the idea of uncapped earning potential.

What You Bring:

  • SMB Sales Chops: 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling print/digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS solutions to  medium-size and Enterprise businesses.

  • Home Services a Plus: If you've sold to home service pros (roofers, HVAC, contractors), you'll have a serious leg up.

  • Digital Marketing Fluency: You don't need to be a technical SEO specialist, but you need to be comfortable explaining the value of SEO, paid media, and web development to a business owner.

  • Salesforce Proficiency: You know your way around a CRM. Salesforce experience is required this is how we track, measure, and succeed.

  • Hunter Mentality: You're proactive, motivated, and not afraid of cold outreach. You see rejection as redirection.

  • Travel Ready: Willing and able to travel up to 30% during key seasons (early year and fall) for trade shows and prospect meetings.
