• High school level of knowledge preferred.
• Certification or eligible with a recognized board of registry for phlebotomy recommended.
• At least 2 years of phlebotomy.
• Able to competently register and or work in specimen processing.
• Has completed training check off sheets for 2 of the pre-analytical Elements. (Phlebotomy/registration/specimen processing.)
