Location: Canton, OH (Brookline)
Wage: $22.92 + $0.75 Shift Differential
Shift: Must be able to work 2nd and 3rd shift
2nd Shift : 3:00PM - 11:30PM
3rd Shift: 11:00PM - 7:30AM

While reporting to the supervisor, this position will be primarily responsible for performing packaging, housekeeping, and product/process inspection duties in a safe as well as efficient manner.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Performs visual inspection of product & processes.
Cleans work area and machinery.
Packages and palletizes finished product
Operates forklift during routine performance of duties.
Performs paperwork and record keeping duties as required under the direction of management.
Communicates pertinent information to fellow employees as needed.
Performs or assists in maintaining production equipment as needed.
Assists with providing on the job training to employees as needed.
Responsible for replenishing supplies and materials for assigned area.
Relieves other employees for breaks as directed.
Initiates, reviews, and follows all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for area of responsibility.
Assures and maintains safe and healthful working conditions while enforcing safety rules and regulations.
Supports and follows guidelines pertaining to plant and customer specific food safety systems, food culture, and FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA)

You can perform work under minimal supervision
Broad training in a related field usually acquired through high school education, General Education Development (GED), or through equivalent work experience
At least 1 year experience in manufacturing
