THE OPPORTUNITY
Join our team on Mayflower Organic Dairy and play a key role in rearing our next generation dairy cattle.
You’ll be responsible for caring for young calves, feeding, weighing, drafting, drenching, and monitoring their health and welfare. You may also assist with milking and general farm duties when required.
This is a drive in/drive out role, so reliable transport is required.
This is a fixed-term, part-time position from July to end of August – possibly longer, with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available as needed.
THE FARM
Mayflower Dairy Unit is a dairy farm that is fully organic production milking 700 cows through a 54 bail rotary. We are one of the largest dairy complexes in New Zealand.

No prior experience required, training is provided.

You are physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
You hold a restricted or full driver’s license
