Boomerang Club Gstaad GmbH is looking to complete its Summer team for 2026. We are offering the opportunity to work at our Toddler Club in Gstaad with educational and outdoor Summer program. Boomerang Toddler Club specialises in early years education for toddlers ages 1-3 years old.
We are currently looking for qualified and outgoing individuals to join our team for the months of July & August 2026
## Tasks
_Key Responsibilities_
- Organisation of the Toddler Club
- Delivery of Boomerang Club programs
- Managing activities
- Responsibility for the health and well being of children/group
- Monitoring the safety of children at all times
- Be a strong and positive role model to the children and team members
- Responsible for maintaining the club tidy and organised
- Driving children to different locations for activities in a van
## Requirements

- Outgoing, high energy and a passion for working with young children
- Patience and empathy towards children, their needs and emotional well-being
- Open and understanding of cultural differences
- Somebody who truly enjoys the outdoor and creative part of education
- Experience working with or teaching children
- Strong communication abilities
- A person that can take initiative and adjust to different situations
- Must speak English fluently
- Must hold a valid First Aid certificate and driving license
