Overview
The Staff Product Engineer ensures product continuity after mass production by managing product lifecycles, resolving production/customer issues, and improving COGS. Key responsibilities include sustaining multiple products' lifecycle and compliance, overseeing high-volume PCP products manufacturing, driving COGS improvement and process optimization, improving test processes, managing PCRB risks, dispositioning abnormal lots, and resolving manufacturing/test issues. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in Product Engineering, a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Physics, Computer or related fields), proficiency in data manipulation and analysis, familiarity with JMP/Exenso, strong cost/ROI awareness, and good verbal/written communication skills in English. Must work onsite in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia.
