Are you passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences? We're looking for a **Junior UI/UX Designer** to help shape intuitive and visually engaging web and mobile products. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into user-friendly designs, contribute to research and testing activities, and support the evolution of our design systems. ## Tasks
- Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to identify opportunities for improving user experience and product performance.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure brand consistency across digital products.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and industry best practices while continuously developing design and problem-solving skills.
## Requirements
- Degree or certification in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design or a related field.
- Basic portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and design thinking.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility guidelines.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
